How we protect your work and data
Works offline
A local server in the venue keeps the till, waiters and kitchen running when the internet drops. When the connection returns, data syncs with the cloud automatically.
Daily backups
Data is backed up automatically once a day. After a technical failure it is restored from the backup.
Access rights and log
Each employee sees only what they need. Every action is logged, and deleted dishes are shown in AliPos Boss with the employee’s name.
Encrypted connection
All data between the till and the server travels over an encrypted channel.
24/7 monitoring
The system is monitored around the clock: an incident is detected instantly and work on it starts within minutes. After each one we analyse the cause so it doesn’t happen again.

An employee tries to delete a receipt or a dish
Permissions won’t allow it, and every deletion shows up in the log and on the owner’s phone, with a name.
