How much does the switch cost?
If you switch from another system and pay for 6 months, installation, data transfer and training are free. On any plan, for up to 5 terminals and 5 mobile devices; anything above is per the price list.
Will my data be kept?
Yes: menu and prices, recipe cards, stock, guest base, staff. If there is an export we move it from any system; if not, we enter it by hand.
How many days does the switch take?
Launch usually takes 1 day and sales don’t stop. If the menu is large or the data has to be entered by hand, preparation takes a little longer — we’ll tell you the timing in advance.
My staff are used to the old system — will they cope?
Yes. We train cashiers and waiters on installation day, with extra training if needed. Any question — 24/7 support.
What if the old system has already stopped working?
