Profile: Joni Osh is a national-cuisine chain with 7 locations, on AliPos since opening. Till on four all-in-one terminals, two laptops, the AliPos Waiter app, the AliPos KDS kitchen screen and the AliPos Web back office.
Before AliPos
The chain grew to seven locations and the owner needed to keep each one under control: hall orders, kitchen work and reporting for every branch.
What was done in AliPos
The full set was deployed: the till on all-in-ones, waiters take orders on their phones in AliPos Waiter, the kitchen sees orders on the AliPos KDS screen, and reports for all branches come together in AliPos Web. Staff got used to it in 1–2 days.
