Delivery: less manual confusion between the order and the kitchen
One route for every order — from intake to hand-off to the courier

Before AliPos
Orders came from several channels; the operator re-typed the details by hand and separately asked the kitchen whether an order was ready. At peak hours this meant repeat calls, delays and the risk of missing a change to an order.
What was done in AliPos
The operator enters orders from all channels into AliPos using one template, and the kitchen gets them in the same format. Changes to an order are recorded in the system rather than passed on verbally.
