Fast food: fewer mistakes when assembling combos
When the till and the kitchen see the same order

Before AliPos
At peak hours the cashier passed combo substitutions on by word of mouth, and the kitchen sometimes got incomplete information. Mistakes surfaced at the pick-up counter, and staff had to remake orders or refund money.
What was done in AliPos
The menu and combos are set up in AliPos so that the chosen drink, add-on or substitution stays in the order. The kitchen gets the full order on the kitchen screen or as a printed ticket.
