Oshxona: control of stock and write-offs
The movement of ingredients is visible in daily work

Before AliPos
Purchases and stock were checked against paper records, and stocktaking was irregular. Staff found out about missing ingredients while cooking, and the reasons for gaps between calculated and actual stock were hard to find.
What was done in AliPos
Sales are linked to the stock: for dishes with recipe cards, calculated usage is compared with actual stock. The person in charge records write-offs with a reason and does regular stocktaking.

Client’s words
«Now we have a clear point of reconciliation: what was sold, what should have left the stock, and what is actually left.»
