Bakery and tandoor: daily accounting of finished goods
Output, sales and leftovers match by the end of the day

Before AliPos
Staff recorded output and sales separately. Products were left at the end of the day, and the reason — overproduction, lower demand or recording errors — was not always clear. Write-offs were collected only at the end of the week.
What was done in AliPos
The whole range is in AliPos, sales are visible per item, and the person in charge records actual leftovers and write-offs every day. This makes it possible to compare output with sales and adjust the plan for the next day.
Results
| Metric | Before | After |

| Write-off of unsold products | 6.0% of output | 3.8% of output |
| Preparing the day’s results | 40 minutes | 15 minutes |
| Reconciling the counter with sales | weekly | daily |
